At YEMA, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging, ensuring all original tags and inserts are included.

Affix the Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then clear any old shipping labels from the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
